    FAQ

    • You just…do. Awareness is always step #1. Self-monitoring via tracking your intake is a great first step into learning more about what you’re eating, and reflecting on those choices will offer the mindfulness to make changes if needed.

    • It’s not just macronutrient targets over here. We dive deep. Our nutrition practices are influenced by so many factors - and until you start to understand how those factors are affecting you, you may never understand how to leverage your intake, improve your relationship with food, or reach your goals. It’s about more than the food. It’s about all of it.

    • Nah. Is tracking macronutrients efficient, effective, and a reliable way to assess data? Sure. But we also focus on helping you see the big picture - tracking when you can, tracking when it makes the most sense, but also learning the SKILLS behind eating in a sustainable, effective way.

*nuance - for MacroFactor’s algorithm to work - can’t have partially logged days

    • What do you LIKE eating? Eat that. I’ll teach you to eat the foods you love, in a way that aligns with your goals. I don’t tell you what to eat - I teach you HOW to eat.

    • I’m just like you. I know how it feels to be doing “all the things” to achieve the body you want, but not quite getting there. I meld education, awareness, compassion, and a little of data to help you create sustainable and effective nutritional practices.

    • We can’t deny monitoring our intake is efficient - but we also have to live our lives. We look at all of it - your intake, your recovery, your body image, your stress, navigating social events, your relationship with food. It’s not just about the macronutrients and numbers. Big picture energy.
